These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jellatrix (“the App”), provided by SoftNode (“the Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Online Features
Online features (such as player authentication and leaderboards) are provided via Google Play Games Services and are available only if the user voluntarily signs in. These services may be subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
3. Advertising and Purchases
The App may display ads to users who have not purchased an ad-free option. An in-app purchase may be available to disable ads. Purchases and billing are handled by Google Play and subject to Google’s billing policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or gameplay interruptions.
5. Changes and Availability
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
